Q.   Do I need to buy a domain name?

A. Yes every web site has to have a domain name. We can help ypu obtain the domain name you would like or we can supply you with a list of 
     companies that sell Domain Names. The cost of registration of a domoan name is less than $20 and the cost is your responsibility.

Q. Do I have to pay extra for hosting?

A. If you would like to host with us it is included. However you may host your site anywhere.

Q. I have never built a web site before - what do I do?

A. Tell us what you want and we build it for you. Then we show you how to add products and how to edit the pages on your site.

Q. I don't know any programming so how will I edit pages?

A. Your site will have a Content Manager which we made very easy to use. As long as you can type a letter in Microsoft Word, then this training will
     take only a few minutes. And we are always there to help.

Q. How do I add products and pictures?

A. This also very easy and we can show you how in a few minutes. You will need pictures of your products to upload.

Q. How long do I have to pay the monthly fee?

A. You have to pay the monthly fee as long until you have paid for your website. There is a buy out option which is based on how long you have had the site and what package you have.

Q. Can I purchase the software instead of paying monthly?

A. Yes you can. Please contact your JSI-Cart representative for a quote on the package that suits your needs.

Q. If I start payning monthly, can I change my mind and buy the software?

A. Yes.

Q. Can I cancel the service?

A.  You can cancel anytime up until 14 days before the next billing date. 

Q. Do I have to set up an account for shipping?

A.  If you are shipping products and have the price calculated by the Shipping Company's website then you will need to have an account with that
     Shipping Company. If you are using table rate or zone rate then you do not have to have an account with them.

Q. How does JSI Cart compare to other shopping carts?

A. No cart has more features than JSI-Cart. In fact JSI-Cart has as many as or more features than any other cart.
